Rival Horse Owner Questions Whether Triple Crown Winner Justify Had Help

Justify's Triple Crown win at the Belmont Stakes is being called into question by the owner of two rival horses.

Mike Repole tells the New York Post that it seemed like the horse, Restoring Hope, was more like an offensive lineman and Justify was the running back trying to score a touchdown.  Restoring Hope broke out of the gate quickly in Saturday's race and was in second near Justify for a good chunk of it before falling back.  The owner of Restoring Hope declined to comment to the Post when asked if the horse was used to block for Justify.
